Sonya Bee’s Boutique offers standard shipping and expedited shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 7-10 business days.
For expedited shipping, please contact us. All orders are shipped via USPS.
How long does it take to receive a preorder?
Preorders ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase.
How long does it take for international shipping?
International shipping usually arrives in 7-20 business days from the date of the order depending on the destination.
What information or additional charges are required for international shipping?
Phone numbers are required for international shipping. Additional taxes, duties, or customs may be charged for some international orders. Sonya Bee's Boutique is not responsible for these additional charges and are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise international buyers to check with your local postal carrier before placing an order.
I’m concerned. I haven’t received my tracking number or package. What should I do?
We apologize that your order has not been received. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you have not received your items after the 10th business day, please contact us.
What if an item is out of stock?
Unfortunately, the merchandise you would like to purchase is not available at this time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund for that item will be issued and the remaining items in your order will be shipped.
What is the return policy?
Sonya Bee’s Boutique is committed to providing members with quality items and the best service. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit only. We do not issue refunds. You have 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise to exchange it for another item from Sonya Bee’s Boutique.
