RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Don't love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 7 days from the date your order is received to exchange your item or return for a store credit for the cost of the item. An exchange or store credit is only received if item is returned unworn, in its original condition. Refunds are not available.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
It's really easy! Just follow these 4 steps:
1. Make sure you're within 7 days from the date your order was received. If it's been past 7 days, you cannot return or exchange the item. Unfortunately, you do not get to proceed to the next step. (But, you can gift the item to a close friend)
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, items being returned order number, and if you would like an exchange or store credit.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. Your are responsible for shipping costs.
4. Ship the item to the address below and you're good to go!

Once the item has been received, our Returns Department will contact you via email within 3-5 business days.
After your return has been processed, we will issue and e-Gift Card. The e-Gift Card will be sent via email.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:
After your return has been processed, we will ship your new item for free!

Our Return Policy is strictly enforced.
If an item is not returned within the 7 day time frame, it is not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
If the item appears to have been worn, it is not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Items may be out of stock. Sonya Bee's Boutique will make every attempt to contact you in the event of out of stock inventory.
Sonya Bee's Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs.
